All applications submitted to AMIS, a registered 501-c3, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Financial assistance is not guaranteed.

Please fill out this form to apply for assistance on behalf of an immigrant seeking legal status. We primarily serve immigrants in Northeast Ohio, and the following criteria is used for decision making:

Covered expenses include legal fees, education, medical and living expenses.
Recipients must have no criminal record outside of the immigration process.
Preference will be given to immigrants in Ohio and Michigan, the Detroit ICE Region.
